What does Quality Control China do?

The main activity of Quality Control China is to check / inspect products for businesses on correctness, performed on location in China, without the client having to travel to China physically.

Quality Control China provides the following checks and inspections:

1. First Article Check

Immediately after the first products are being produced, before mass production begins, it is verified that everything meets specifications and is adjusted when necessary. This inspection provides the best efficiency during start-up and rules out miscommunication to a large extent. Normally this is carried out when 1% to 10% of the total order has been produced.

2. During Production Check

During production we check how your product is produced. When necessary, adjustments can be made during this inspection, to make sure the quality and delivery time meet the expectations. Normally this is carried out when 20% to 50% of the total order has been produced.

3. Pre-Shipment Inspection / Final Random Inspection

Obtaining a satisfying sample, does not guarantee the same quality for the entire batch. Before the goods are loaded and transported, they will be checked according to specifications drawn up beforehand to make sure that everything meets the quality requirements. Normally this is carried out when 80% or more of the total order has been produced.

4. Container Loading Check / Loading Supervision

Our experts will monitor your products while they are being loaded into the container to verify that you indeed get what you ordered. Besides that, we constantly check if everything is properly loaded and eventually the container is sealed by our experts. The container is thoroughly checked for accuracy before loading. Normally this is carried out when 100% of the total order has been produced (minus disapproved goods).

5. Factory Audit / Screening of a factory

You have selected a factory or you already do business with a factory and you want a quick and cost-effectively complete profile of this factory, then a Factory Audit (FA) is recommended to check the reliability.

The costs of a quality control in China

The costs consist of a pre-agreed fee. This fee is billed to our client from the Netherlands, so you always retain a Dutch contact person to whom you can always turn to.

The amount of this fee is determined after a meeting with our client. We determine what inspection(s) will be used, the amount of time required, and the location of the inspection(s). This is tailor-made, as we view each client/assignment as a unique one.
