Procedure
Based on combined specifications an on-site inspection will be carried out.
After receiving your contact information we will contact you to schedule a meeting. This meeting will be a meeting to get to know each other and in which you can express your needs and we will explain what we can do for you.
We have a checklist that is drawn up before each inspection and in which your needs are our focus of interest. Based on these combined specifications an on-site inspection will be carried out.
In case of complications, we will contact you as soon as possible and together we will determine the next steps.
After the inspection you will receive a written report in which all our findings are processed, including photo reports. This will be sent to you by e-mail and regular mail.
What can you expect from us?
You will receive a specified, extensive report with our findings and detailed photo reports.
What does a report consist of?
- A report consists of, among others, the following components, for each assignment we determine which components apply:
- Factory data
- Comments / details from the client
- Comments / details from QC China
- Time schedule
- Product description
- Results / conclusions
- Standardisation level of criteria (what percentage needs to be of good quality to accept the order)
- Quality requirements / specifications
- Detailed photo report of how goods are found
- Photo report of obtained sample
- Results dimensions plus detailed pictures
- Results weight plus detailed pictures
- Art Work plus detailed pictures
- Art Work: logo, text, colour, positioning, printing quality, etc.
- Labels / stickers
- Packing: per piece, per carton, inner box, etc.
- Box dimensions
- Box weight
- Shipping marks
- Test results firmness boxes (drop test)
- Stabilisation of the product
- Test results on firmness
- Quality control sticker on controlled products / boxes
- Elaborated information on and pictures of defects
- Report on the cooperation of the factory
