Er achtet dabei unter anderem auf folgende Punkte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verpackung<\/li>\n<li>Etikettierung<\/li>\n<li>Abmessungen<\/li>\n<li>Funktionsweise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Das Ziel eines DPC<\/h3>\n<p>Der Zweck eines During Production Checks ist die Erkennung von Qualit\u00e4tsproblemen, bevor der Produktionsprozess abgeschlossen ist. Bei der Pr\u00fcfung wird jede Komponente der ausgew\u00e4hlten Muster auf Sicherheit, Haltbarkeit, Leistung und Funktionen getestet.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn die Produktqualit\u00e4t abweicht, fordern wir den Lieferanten auf, einen Plan f\u00fcr Abhilfema\u00dfnahmen zu erstellen. Dies verhindert Probleme in sp\u00e4teren Phasen des Produktionsprozesses<\/p>\n<h3>Wann ist ein During Production Check durchzuf\u00fchren?<\/h3>\n<p>Wir f\u00fchren eine DPC durch, wenn mindestens 20 % der Produktion abgeschlossen sind.
