The Quality Control approach
You will quickly recognize our way of working. We are unique in this respect. With us, you have a Dutch point of contact and on-site expertise. So you can always count on short, fast lines and clear communication. Transparency is key: we tell you everything that happens. Just as it is. Contact is personal and accessible. In addition, we are extremely flexible. Every project is tailor-made for us, because every product and ordering process is different.
We begin with a no-obligation meeting in which we explain our approach, methodology and the structure of our reports.
After receiving your input, we will put together a detailed proposal. In this proposal you will find an overview of all the work we will do for you and the costs.
Do you agree with the proposal? Then we ask you to send an introductory email, with us in cc, to the producer requesting full cooperation.
From this point on, we take over the initiative. We personally contact the producer and schedule the inspection or audit via a confirmation form.
Our quality inspector performs a thorough on-site inspection at the plant on the appointed day.
Our team in Shanghai incorporates the findings and results of the inspection into a comprehensive report.
We will send the complete report to you digitally, along with all photos taken and any videos (even those not included in the report).
We are ready to answer questions and give advice. Thanks to our short lines of communication, we can do this quickly and in consultation with the inspector or manufacturer.
